Are all the designs done by one artist?

Yes. AOA Art & Design is the work of T Cameron, otherwise known as the Anxious Artist and sole creator and designer of all artwork and graphic design featured on AOA’s website and products. All copyrights are held by T Cameron with all rights reserved. Commercial and private use and reproduction of any artwork or designs featured on AOA’s website and products by a third party is strictly prohibited except where the third party holds a license either through AOA Art & Design or Adobe Stock.

Is AOA also the producer of the finished item?

All the designs on AOA are the creations of the Anxious Artist, T Cameron, but for economic and environmental reasons the product fulfillment and shipping is done by a few specialty fulfillments and dropshipping companies.

How long does it take for AOA to process an order?

It takes approximately 24-48 for an order to make it’s way through the AOA system.

Why does it take so long before I receive an order confirmation?

AOA contracts out their production to third party print providers and due to this your order has to first make it’s way through AOA’s ordering system before being sent through the print provider’s system.

What does ‘dropshipping’ mean?

Dropshipping is a retail fulfillment method based on direct shipping from the Print Provider to the customer or retailer. Instead of retail or ecommerce shops keeping stock ready for shipping or purchase, a customer can buy products in an ecommerce shop and the order goes directly to the Print Provider, thus eliminating the need for order fulfillment, storage space and, in some cases, even production.

Why does AOA contract out production and fulfillment of items to third parties?

AOA works with three fulfillment and dropshipping companies to keep both costs and waste to a minimum. By contracting out to these companies, there is considerably less waste when it comes to unpurchased products ending up in the dump, as well as keeping company costs low.

What companies does AOA work with to fulfill and ship products?

Currently AOA works with three companies that do specialty fulfillment and dropshipping. Art of Where, Printify and Printful. Each product on AOA is clearly labelled with the fulfillment company, as well as approximate production times and origin information included at the bottom of each page.

Returns

What is the return policy for AOA?

AOA is happy to work with you to resolve any order issues to the best of their abilities.

Due to the custom print nature of AOA’s business and the use of third party providers for production, Anxious Odd Art needs to be contacted within 5 days of your order being received in the Canada and US and within 7 days for International orders in order to comply with our Print Providers return policies.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Anxious Odd Art does not accept returns on undergarments and swimwear, all sales of these items are final.

If there is an error with your order or any changes you wish to make after the order has been placed, due to the nature of our business, we need to be contacted within four hours of the order being placed so as to have enough time to contact the print provider.

In keeping with AOA waste reduction policy, Anxious Odd Art reserves the right to donate or recycle any returned or undelivered items as deemed appropriate in their sole discretion.

When contacting AOA with any issues concerning damaged or mis-printed products, please include photos whenever possible as some of our Print Providers require them.

Wherever possible, AOA will try to work with the customer to the best of their abilities to resolve any order issues within a reasonable timeframe and in accordance with the particular print provider(s) policies.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@anxiousoddart.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

When are items not eligible for return?

Orders are NOT refundable for reasons including the following:

The wrong size is ordered.

A package was lost (in this case, we usually reprint and reship the order).

There are small variations within a wholesale order. This is normal due to dropshipping printing processes.

An item was damaged in transit.
